Matthew Tortora
Matthew Tortora, a third-year student at the University of South Carolina has a passion that extends to the stars. A Pre-Law, History and Aerospace Engineering Major, he is the founder of the American Space Law Society (ASLS), an organization that's committed to advancing the interdisciplinary study of space law.
Matthew's enthusiasm isn't limited to the legal cosmos; he's drawn to the past as well as the future. An avid explorer of American history with a particular focus on the Revolutionary War, he's equally at home hiking the trails or delving into historical texts. Through the ASLS, he has created the innovative University Collaboration Network (UCN), promoting collaboration across legal professionals, industry experts, and academic institutions.
